Change the Bill of Rights amendment(s) so that every gender has equal rights and self acknowledged:"man" to "man/woman".

This is a petition to provide equal rights to every man and woman citizen. This is to take out male gender specific terms such as, "Every citizen has his own right..." to more relative descriptions that include women in the constitutional amendment. This should be changed to "Every citizen should have his/her own right..". I am hoping that the amendment will be able to contribute to women: who may be single or independent. Not in feminist or feminist extremist terms but so that every citizen "includes women". I believe that every man term should include "man/woman" in the constitution along with "his/her" own rights. Every woman should have her rights in freedom of speech recognized as an American.
