Dear Mr Obama:
Please take immediate actions to improve quality of food in the State Duma canteen.
This is a serious problem as the quality of food in the canteen is extremely poor. No action has been taken in this regard. The system is designed so that the canteen belongs to the Obama Administration and the State Duma has no control over the canteen. Prices of dining increased drastically in recent years and it is not cheap to eat in the Duma anymore. Some members of the Duma were poisoned in the canteen. The same butter has been used to cook the food for several days.
We ask you to action with no delays and change butter as soon as possibe.
