To change the buying of tobacco products age back to 18 years old in California.

Created by C.R. on July 08, 2016

The state of California has changed the legal age from 18 to 21 to purchase tobacco products. There is no reason to stop legal adults from purchasing tobacco till they are 21, it is not a mind altering substance and they should have the right to choose what they do to and put in their body. This is against what america stands for and needs to be stopped. At the age of 18 you can be trialed as an adult, vote, and serve this great country and should have the right to purchase tobacco products if you choose to.
