In this case the media reported on the weekend of 10/24/2009 a 15yr old girl attending her homecoming dance at Richmond High School in Richmond, California was brutally gang raped by 8 to 10 young men and another 10 to 20 men just stood there and watched and did nothing to stop it or report it for two and a half hours. In fact, the media reports the video uploaded to YOUTUBE was recording the actual rape in progress and some of the SAVAGES/BYSTANDERS/WITNESSES are heard to be encouraging the rape by laughing, jeering, mocking, and taking photos of the victim. Some said and I quote " TAKE IT BITCH, TAKE IT", some said "SHE KNOW SHE WANT IT", and some said " FUCK HER HARD, FUCK HER REAL DEEP”, some took photos of the victim while the gang rape was continuing. NO ONE CARED TO HELP THE VICTIM.
