Change Cannabis(marijuana,hemp,THC) from a schedule 1 to a schedule 2 substance!!! Cannabis as of now is listed under the same scheduling as heroin. This petition will change Cannabis to the same scheduling as Cocaine and allow doctors to prescribe it to critically ill patients. This petition will also allow regulation to happen at the state level and will also allow the substance to be taxed.
