Cape Coral, Florida, Is a town located in Southwest Florida. This town is fairly empty and if we could change it and construct new buildings and add policies, things would be much better. I would like to propose the construction of the following items; Ikea, Shopping Mall, Innovative Industries, Improved Walkways, Independent Restaurants, Art and Parks, a DECENT beach, Zoo/Aquarium, and finally, A university. If the government were to banish taxes in Cape Coral, that will attract business and wealth to our town. I feel like our town is not living up to its potential and these improvements would greatly affect wealth, business, jobs, and tourism. Thank you.
