The Child Protective Services in Washington State needs to be changed as well as the Crisis Center and Crisis hotline. I believe that the CPS should not be able to remove a foster child from a home without forewarning or an investigation to make sure the child is in danger or is at risk of harm. A child's voice is important but a child should not be able to make a phone call to CPS out of anger towards someone to simply get out of a home that has not been investigated or had complaints from outside sources. Also a foster child should be able to get counseling, or rehab, or mental health help easily if they need that kind of assistance.
