The whole process of Charging suspects in child sexual abuse cases needs to be re evaluated. Steps also need to be taken to prevent false accusations. Such as extreme punishment for people found guilty of falsely accusing someone of child sexual abuse. I ask that as soon as the accusation is made, the suspect be arrested and detained until they are proven innocent or guilty, to prevent further contact and abuse of children. I also ask that the compensation program mailed to parents whose child is a victem, be stopped. It is sickening to think anyone would choose to be compensated for their child's suffering. Stopping this program will make a great decrease in the number of false accusations made in attempts for monetary gain.
