Change the child support guidelines.

The child support guidelines is a very unfair formula to the non custodial parent's that are struggling. A lot of people are having a hard time just to keep a home for themselves and there children when they come for visitation time. We live in an age where jobs are hard to come by and if us non custodial parents find employment the pay is not much. If we can't afford child support payments we lose our parental rights, get thrown in jail, get our drivers license suspended and ETC. I would also like to add that some custodial parents use family court to be greedy, spiteful, and vindictive to the non custodial parent which is not fair to the children. I do agree that all children should be supported by both parent's and to have both parent's constantly involved in there lives.
