Change the child support laws. It is a law that has ruined many lives as a result of it's derailment.

There seems to be a great misconception of the non custodial parent. The idea is that the non custodial parent has taken their new found role by choice. This is not always the case. There are many complexities involved in a parent not having custody of the child. In some cases the custodial parent uses the law as an act of aggression to simultaneously isolate the child from the parent while using the child as a source of their own income. Too many people are using the system as a "weapon" without any kind of accountability. In some cases the father is paying money that the child does not even see. The non-custodial parent and the child suffers in the end. THE CUSTODIAL PARENT NEEDS TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS OF EVERY DOLLAR SPENT! This will discourage "baby-making" financial predators.
