Change child support laws so women don't take advantage of it in the wrong way.

Child Support laws help allow single parents (most women) aid to help raise their child(s), but in the recent years the money that has been sent to these people have been used in inappropriate matters. The individual instead uses the money for their own personally needs instead of the child's. This is unfair that the Ex-Spouse should send money that does not go to their children. i do not say that child support laws a wrong, it that people use it in a corrupt and unfair way, causing a terrible situation according to one side. People with more than enough money to raise their own child should not be given financial aid from someone who needs the money more, for that a deadbeat should not have to pay to a person who runs an company making more than enough money.
