it seems the last few years that I have spent dealing with child soupport that there are more laws to pretect the person that doesn't pay. My child is now 10 and has only ever recived payments for 11 months out of her 10 years of life.because he has to be found to be served but we can't bother anyone else to do that. he can't be served so to bad again. even though now he has paid in almost 2 years he has to be served again to remind him he doesn't soupport his child. his license has been suspended for more than a year and it's ok because he goes FL to get license and the law is only good in GA. could you imange the defferce if we saw this as a crime and not just ones on problem. Please help change this!!
