We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Change the classification of marijuana

Created by T.C. on May 11, 2016

Marijuana is considered a schedule I drug in the United States. This is the same group of drugs that includes heroin, ecstasy, and LSD. This group is considered "the most dangerous drugs of all the drug schedules" according to dea.gov Everyone can agree that marijuana is not more dangerous, nor does it have a higher potential for abuse than cocaine, methamphetamine, adderall and ritalin. The current scheduling, contradicts the previous statement. Marijuana is also widely used for medical purposes, and should be classified as a schedule II drug or lower. Thank you for your time.
