Christopher Columbus raped, murdered, and tortured many Native Americans and we are supposed to have a day off to someone equivalent to a terrorist? It's shocking to see that in 2015 we still celebrate this. Let's educate our kids to learn the true history about Columbus, and hopefully in October of 2015 or 2016 and years to come we can have an Idigenous Peoples' day.
