Common Core algebra is changing the standards for regular algebra for students such as myself in high school. This new system of math would be best suited if it was taught in the younger years of a child's life, like elementary school. Or better yet become an optional course all together. For a student such as myself who struggles with math already I fell even more pressured when it comes to school standards. I believe the subject needs to be evaluated once more before throwing it onto the school system.
