Change the concept of Social Security so that it is distributed to the tax payers not the retired.

I feel that the social security tax that is deducted out of everyones paycheck should be distributed to those taxpayers who pay their social security when they retire. The tax should not be paid to the unemployed retirees as half of the American population is supporting the other half of the nation through social security. Lets secure our future!
