US Congressional Senators and Representatives should be held to a "pay for performance" salary and benefit structure so their work is not wasting the taxpayers' money arguing and not moving this country forward.
Timelines and plans should be mandated to define laws and regulation which move the United States of America forward instead of the non-work together stance of recent years.
These politicians are able to collect salaries and medical insurance benefits paid for by the taxpayers of these United States even when they prolong and cause this country to not progress towards a more perfect Union, establish, Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, and promote the general Welfare of the citizens and our Posterity.
They should not get paid/benefit entitlements for not progressing the USA.
