Change the leave taken by Congressional leaders to the same leave time provided to federal government employees. Seems like Congress only works about 60 days out of the year and then they only work a couple hours each day when they do work. If they want a full paycheck from the taxpayers, let them work the entire day, five days a week like other government workers.
