If the federal spending needs to be cut the first thing that needs to be cut is the pay of Congress and it Representatives. One term pension plans should no longer apply. Retirements plans should be planned by Congressman/women as everyone else has to. Military, Veteran Affairs, and Education should be last amongst those cut. The people should not be overlooked by those who have it easy!
