Change congressional pay to reflect the state of the economy and the national debt.

Congress should get paid by how well the country is doing. The national debt was created by congress so it should be paid by congress. They have been holding the economy hostage for political reasons, therefore they should get paid by how well our country is doing financially. There is no excuse for cutting social security or defense when congress has not suffered the financial setbacks that American families have.
