Change congress's pay to the wage of the average teacher, and pay them only by the number of hours they work.

Enough is enough! America should be sick of Congress getting paid a ridiculous wage for minimal work. This needs to end. Each Congressman/woman should be paid the national average wage of a common teacher with a bachelors degree. This wage should only be paid by the hours they work, and successfully pass bills. There will be NO paid overtime, and special cessions shall receive no pay at all as punishment for not getting the bill passed on time. We need to teach them the real value of money, and show them what it is like to have to live on a budget.
