Way too much money is spent on translating for individuals that do not speak English. Changing the Constitution to make English the National language would save all levels of government (City, County, State and National) millions or dollars. This would eliminate the requirement to provide translators and printed materials in any other language. Speaking another language is definitely acceptable. However, English must be made the spoken language for all.
