Change the copyright law to protect video game content under fair use

With the evolution of content creation brought on by websites like youtube, video game content creators have been at the mercy of an outdated copyright law. This new form of entertainment is giving people a chance to build and create a self sustainable living. This very form of job creation however is consistently at risk because companies can use and abuse the gray area we fall under to completely ruin a person's livelihood and it has to stop now
