Medical and Pharmacy Reform. In the Medical Industry the Insurance Carriers determine ones medical care. This is a terrible arrangement. Why Medicare, or a newly created similar agency, was not placed in charge seems strange to me. Bowing to the Insurance Industry was the easy, but destructive path.
Pharmaceutical companies are violating their "Protected Status for New Medicines" by paying other companies to not produce a generic brand. The Pharmaceutical Companies are also providing kickbacks to doctors prescribing their medicines. This results in them prescribing the most expensive medicine giving them the greatest kickback. It is unbelievable to me that they are not prosecuted for fraud or price fixing. I do not understand why I am the only one complaining of this condition.
