change this country's approach and treatment for the mentally ill. We need more facilities for inpatient treatment.

Please upgrade our current healthcare system for the mentally ill. This country strongly needs more inpatient facilities. Most are homeless or incarcerated. This trend started 3 decades ago as most facilities were closed due to funding. The cost of doing away with these facilities can be seen everywhere. These are the citizens that are too ill, in bad physical/mental states to fight for themselves. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
