Change current child support and custody laws to allow non custodian parents equal rights with their children.

Created by D.W. on November 19, 2012

The current laws that govern child support and custody allow custodian parents more rights over a child then non custodian and as a result custodian parents are abusing their power. There are currently offices that make sure non custodian pay support but there are no office to enforce visitation given by the court and as a result custodian parents are allowing visitation and making decisions concerning the child as they see fit. More and more of our youth are involved in crime because of the lack of both parents being involved and it is time to change that. If we really have the best interest of the child in mind the government should allow both parents equal visitation and enforce that visitation is given. Non custodian should not have to pay no more then 15% of their income
