Change the current Immigration law towards U.S. Citizens and their families.

Created by P.M. on March 13, 2012

This petition's goal is to change the current immigration law, in order to allow under aged (under 21) siblings of U.S. Citizens to be considered as immediate relatives just as parents.

Because families should be kept together, under aged siblings should be allowed to immediately receive their permanent residence visas when sponsored by their siblings.

Currently only parents, spouses and children of U.S. citizens are defined as immediate relatives, allowing them to receive visas without waiting.

Such is my case, I wish to return Home (U.S.A.) with my parents and my sister (who is just 16 years old). With this little change to the immigration law my sister would be able to go at the same time as my parents, therefore allowing us to remain together. Please help us. Thank you.
