Change current labor laws to reflect, that a business may not hire anyone under the age of 21.

This would have a positive effect on the economy, as well as educating the young. This would make it easier to find jobs for adults. This would also encourage children ages 16 to 21 to continue or pursue schooling.

There is no clear negative consequences this would have on society, the economy, or jobs. This has been proven in the Ae-612 studies.
