Change the current restrictions effectively banning all persons who have disabilities from the military

WHEREAS the military is run through the government, and
WHEREAS the government pushes for equality in job opportunity, and
WHEREAS persons with mild to moderate developmental or social disabilities/disorders such as Aspergers Syndrome and other high functioning autism would be able to succeed and sometimes even thrive in the military lifestyle, and
WHEREAS current military policy doors not allow any person who has been on an Individualized Education Plan(IEP) to serve. Therefore,
LET IT BE RESOLVED that military policy be changed do that a disability off that sort is not enough to disqualify from service, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the government be able to enforce the integration of this type of people into the armed forces.
