Change the date of Veterans Day to the monday before election day to allow for additional voting opportunities

In order to extend the opportunities for the people to exercise their civic responsibilities, Veterans Day could be moved or changed to a day for voting. The relevance of the current date for veterans day is lessened the further away we are from world war 1 and any additional free time that working Americans have to exercise their right to vote. This would give every American the opportunity to do their part in our democracy, as all of our veterans have done throughout our history
