Changing the start of DayLight Saving Time to 4:00PM on Friday will make citizens thankful for their government.
It will jump-start our consumer-based economy by adding an extra hour to the weekend rather than subtracting an hour on Sunday morning.
It's also a nice way to say to the American worker "Hey, we know that your wages haven't come close to keeping up with the rise in your productivity, so here's an hour of your under-paid time back."
