change the dependency on the Federal Reserve.

We the people should stop using the privately owned Federal Reserve system as our primary banking foundation. It goes against what Alexander Hamilton had created for a free nation. I want the administration to consider creating a Government owned New Federal Reserve that would be allies with the Federal Reserve as a "backup" panic/robbery situation solution(Loans if needed by established banks). Separate entities, however, the people would control how the money flows without creating debt from interest resulting in prolonged suffering of our great country. It would also create greater focus on economical fluctuations of money.
