Change Deportation Laws Regarding Refugees

Created by A.T. on January 30, 2015

Let me start with an example, the US dropped more bombs on Cambodia in the space of three years than the allies dropped in the entirety of WW2. This orphaned many civilians in Cambodia and paved the way for the extremist group "Khmer Rouge" to take over. When this civil war was over 100,000 cambodians were sent to refugee camps in the United States. Due to hypocrisy many of them were never offered citizenship and thus were classed as Illegal immigrants. Now thousands of cambodians are deported from their homes and families in the US for committing a crime. May I remind you this is AFTER they serve their time in prison. It is unfair and unjust for this to happen. The US government needs to stand up and take responsibility. The US is responsible for its refugees like anywhere else.
