Change the designation of the Fort Hood Massacre to a Terrorist attack, so the victims can get there Purple Hearts.

After the 2009 Fort Hood Massacre, it was first labeled as a terrorist attack, but then the administration changed it to "workplace violence". Because of this the victims can't get there Purple Hearts or other benefits they earned. Please finally reclassify the attack as a terrorist attack so the victims can get closure the need, and so they don't have to keep fighting this administration.
