Change Disabled Adult Child Law Within Social Security To Make Marriage Possible

Created by S.G. on May 31, 2016

Listen. The truth is: It did not bother me that I could not get married the way my parents setup my Social Security for years. Then, my boyfriend and I began talking seriously. And, I discovered marriage was impossible. I always wanted to be married. But, I put it on the back-burner because I thought it was impossible (due to my disability). I believe marriage is my right for happiness. I do not think it would be too difficult to tweak the law just a little bit - so I could get married and continue to receive Social Security. I do not think I am asking for too much. Please, find it in your heart and sign my petition.
