Title IV funding ( Federal/ College Student Aid) — must abide by the Civil Rights Act that forbids discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, sex, age or physical handicap. But sexual orientation is not included in that list.
We ask the congress & the president to include sexual orientation on that list and forbid any discrimination of federal funds allocated to any college that accepts Title IV federal funding.
