Change the Do Not Call List to include ALL calls that are currently excluded from the current Do Not Call Lists criteria. Specifically targeting Political Calls, Survey Calls and Recorded Messages. Over the past several years, these calls have increased exponentially and the relevant content of the calls have declined.
