It is clear that ISIS is upset by their oppression just like woman and other minority groups. I offer the solution to make the dollar bill the oppressed bill. We just shove all the groups of people who feel discriminated against on to the dollar bill, the same bill put into strippers' butt cracks. This is a compromise between white people and minorites. By putting minorites on money they will feel like kindegartners earning a gold star and be happy. White people will also not be affected as $1 is dirty stripper money and whites usually use $100 rich people money.
