Change the drinking age to 19, If i can get arrested, get married, pay taxes GO TO WAR AND CARRY AN M-16 RIFLE! Then I should be able to have a drink at the bar. If I can serve for my country then my country should serve me. It would also be a great way to stimulate the economy (bars, restaurants etc.,) instead of cracking down so hard on underage drinking and spending money on enforcement, spend that money on educating people on how to drink responsibly.
