Change the drinking age of alcohol back to 18 when a citizen becomes a legal adult.

In the United States, an 18 year old becomes an adult. Every state sets its own age of majority that often corresponds with the age at which one can vote, join the military, serve in jury duty, sign contracts, marry, apply for loans, make decisions regarding medical treatments, and be prosecuted as an adult. With joining the military they could die for their country. They deserve to make the adult decision on whether or not to consume alcohol. Many Eurpean countries do not have a minimum drinking age and they have less binging and have less drunk driving accidents and fatalities. Lowering the drinking age would diminish the "Romeo Juliet Syndrome"; the thrill of sneaking it. If they can die to defend this country they have the right to have a beer or glass of wine.
