Change the DUI and DWI laws so they do not restrict a persons ability to drive ,but instead their ability to buy alcohol

I think that when a person gets into trouble , regarding a DUI or DWI , that instead of taking that persons ability to drive sober to and from work away , and their means of supporting their family.That persons ability to drink and buy alcohol should be taken away. In Missouri we have bar codes on the back of our Drivers License and Photo I.D.'s. I think that should be a requirement in all states they can and in doing so all Drivers License and Photo I.D.'s should have encrypted on that bar code the restriction of that persons drinking abilities. People have to drive to make a living , but no person has to " Drink " to make a living. If the alcohol is whats causing the problems for a person take their ability to drink and buy alcohol away from them , not their Drivers License or Photo I.D
