Changing education from being a required about of school days and hours to a system that allows you to graduate with a merit system instead.
The system would require you to pass a series of test to be able to graduate. You'd start school in August and you would be given the requirements needed graduate, and you would work toward those requirement until you met them.
The children who are gifted would leave early and be expected to attempt more difficult classes and the rest of the children would have their teacher focusing attention to them, since the student teacher ratio would be high.
