We the people demand that our elected officials, namely House of Representatives and Senate have maximum terms of 2 terms, i.e. 8 total years.
It is obvious that having multiple terms has proven to be not in the interest of the american people due to lobbyist corruption, and not serving the interest of the people due to self interest.
