Change the Election System to the Single Transferable Vote System.

This coming election is incredibly worrying. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are generally perceived by almost everyone from both parties as awful candidates. I, and many of you, may feel that instead of voting for a greater goof, you are voting for a lesser evil. Perhaps you want to vote for a 3rd party candidate, but you know they couldn't win, and by voting for them, you actually increase the chance of the person you want to win the least to win. With single transferable voting, it assures that not only Congress is more representative, it can also lead to more centralized parties than we see now. This change has little chance to be considered, as it harms both parties. This change would help the people. Do research on this system, it is the fairest voting system in every way.
