The way the electoral college works is flawed from the obvoius sense that with how the electoral college works the individaul doesn's really matter just as long as the candidate gets over 50% of the votes they win the electoral votes and with that in theory a candidate can win a election with having less than 22% of the popular vote even though that is unlikely that's an example on how it's flawed but if it mattered on if the condidate had to get more than 50% of the popular vote to win it makes it a much fairer election where the people's votes matter.
