Change the Electoral College by giving the same number of votes per state according to popular vote.

Created by R.H. on November 03, 2012

Under our current system 270 of 538 electoral votes are required to elect the President of the United States. Each state has a specific amount of electoral votes; however, there is no requirement for those electors to follow the popular vote of the American People. Do away with the individual electoral voters, and simply give the electoral number according to the popular vote.
