Update the voting for the Electoral college to MATCH popular vote. The state votes in the Electoral College is currently that the winner of the popular vote gets ALL of the votes for the state. I believe that this should be updated so that the candidates get the percentage of the state electoral college votes that matches with the popular vote for the state. I believe that this will remove the comments of popular votes not counting.
