workers comp. has to "grandfather" in the people that are legitimate,proven thru years of treatments and lifetime treatments needed and not be denied because of new laws in the system.
each time my doctors request a treatment a denial follows! now it has to go back to comp. court just to get okayed anyway. in the meantime we physically suffer without treatment or medications.i have been dealing with this for 16 years and will need medical help for the rest of my life!
taxpayers money is being used on a system that needs reform!!
