Change federal benefit payment (used to be Social Security) to Earned Retirement benefit

Social security payments, which the public paid 15% pre tax for is now call Federal Benefit. This is not a benefit. It is earned income.Not only did we contribute to Social Security but our employers did too.The government now has our money in the general fund, its been used for American roads, and War. Demand our money is taken out of general fund, and back into its own fund.The American people place money into this, and the gov. takes from it. Stop the carnage. Put the American earned money back in place. Call it Earned Retirement fund. And pay the people their money back at Retirement. Also request the money taken for Building the Highways, bomb strikes and other non retirement be repaid to the people who had no voice and were robbed of money they put into the Social Security fund.
