Change the Federal Bureau of Information's definition of rape to read, "Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina, anus, or urethra, with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, or the touching a person's face with a sex organ, without the consent of one or more of the individuals involved in the act"
